CPW Hot Cats - a specialist Hotel and Catering Recruitment agency in Swindon, Wiltshire - was founded in 1999 by managing director Tracey Martin. The firm supplies both temporary and permanent catering personnel.

Tracey's vision was and is of a recruitment agency solely serving the catering industry and supplying staff of just the right calibre for any role within that industry.

She realised through her own experience as a qualified chef that there was a definite gap in the market for an agency which really understood the needs of both employers and employees.

Eight years on, CPW Hot Cats now has three high street offices, one in Swindon on Commercial Road one in Bristol on St Augustines Parade and the other in Gloucester on Eastgate Street.

The recruitment agency employs eight office-based staff, who between them have more than 130 years' experience in catering, and more than 300 temporary workers in and around the south west of England.

During those seven years, the recruitment agency has achieved an ISO:2000 quality procedures award, and has been awarded Investors in People status.

In addition, its offices are accredited by the Environmental Health Department for training in basic food hygiene.

Tracey said: "We also offer a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service to all our customers, so we can react immediately to all their needs."
